Who runs this site
East Texas Tree Pros is operated by Rent Local Sites. Questions about your information, or a request to delete it: nathaniel.gilliand.web@gmail.com.
What is collected
When you send the form: your name, phone number, address or neighborhood, and what you need. When you call: your phone number and any voicemail you leave; calls may be recorded, as the greeting says.
How it is used
Only to get back to you and to pass your job to the independent local business that quotes it and does the work. Your information is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Who handles it
The form is delivered by FormSubmit, calls and voicemail run through Twilio, and the site is hosted by Vercel, which also counts page visits in aggregate.
How long it is kept
Messages and recordings are kept as long as needed to handle the job and keep basic records. Write to nathaniel.gilliand.web@gmail.com to have them deleted.
